rash and welts all over my upper body and inside thighs. red spots up to 12" diameter and welts on both inner arms and on back...within 6 hrs of taking one 500mg. also hard on stomach...but slays the bacteria in the bladder. I'll never take it again.

Had emergency root canal, badly infected. I took levaquin for 4 days before calling the dentist requesting a different Rx. Muscle in legs and my knees still ache 3 weeks later. I would rather have the infection! Never again!!

Took one dose of Levaquin TAB(500mg) for diangnosis of Bronchitis. Woke up in middle of night with severe pain in right calf. Called PCP the next morning and was issued a different antibiotic.
